Correct a Run-On Sentence

1. My dog is in the neighbors yard because they are grilling steaks.
Add a subordinating conjunction

2. You can go to your room ,or stay here in the dark.
Add a comma and a conjunction

3. Where is my coat? Your coat is over there.
Separate the sentences using periods

4. There is a horse in the river; because he was being chased.
Place a semicolon between the sentences

Ajective beginning: Pretty dogs will always win the dog show ribbon.
Dash: All of my grandparents - GG, Papa, Ammy, Pappy, and Nana - came to watch my baseball game.
Adverb for effect: I'm working hard on my wiki page because I want to make a good grade.
Speaker tag: "I ran two miles today", James said.
